What to expect when meeting with a Holistic Nutritionist
Meeting with a Holistic Nutritionist is a painless process.
One of the first things the Nutritionist will do is to have the client complete a Confidential Health Survey detailing his/her Health History.
The client will be asked to submit a 3-day dietary recall that will help the Nutritionist make a proper assessment.
Goal setting will then be discussed and the Nutritionist will develop a plan of action to help the client work towards the desired outcome.
Weekly counseling sessions will be scheduled in order to make this happen. As the body changes, the meal plan will also change.
During the course of the nutrition sessions, the client will learn the fundamentals of Nutrition and lifestyle modification.
With bitter, winter days ahead for most of us, the prospect of braving the weather to get to the gym or go for a jog doesn't sound very engaging. Maintaining the motivation to stick to your weight loss goals when the rest of the world wants to hibernate is painless with personalized coaching.
Most of us who are working to get back into shape agree that motivation is particularly hard when the weather changes, so what if you could stay committed to your healthy diet and exercise plan just by being in touch with your coach on a weekly basis.
